To whom it may concern:

I assume you have seen the latest news/media frenzy regarding Bob Kerrey's experience in Vietnam. As a military dependent of a Nam vet, I have taken great interest in this story. I am frustrated by the treatment Bob Kerrey has received and wish your organization would make a statement in support of him. I believe the treatment he has received by the media is a slap in the face to all Vietnam veterans, who spent years and risked their lives fighting for this country.  

We have got to stand up and say something about this situation. You can see the pain in his face and it angers me that the press has to drag him through this very private experience publicly. What other Vietnam vets will be forced to re-live the horror they saw for the sake of a few politicians?
