I am a over 50 Nam vet that is100% disabled with ptsd and agent orange, I was
discharged with a under honorable discharge, after buying a home under the GI
bill going back to school and then coming down with bleeding arms and kidney
trouble I started looking for help. That's when the black outs and nightmares
started hitting hard. Some where in all this my discharged is said to be in
error and downgrade to under other than honorable, but with med files showing I
was getting treatment for ptsd still in the service they rate me 100% but I cant
get med treatment for agent orange or any other med trouble for the least 4
years up to now I was able to get it. My arms are bleeding I spit up blood my
kidney is really bad, I live with two sons 18 and 16 on a ssi income for the
same sickness but I need a lawyer to make them update my discharge back to under
