Dear Brothers; December 99
Well, I hope everybody had a good holiday season, and I personally wish each of you a prosperous and peaceful NEW YEAR! The much anticipated Y2K BUG did nothing to harm anyone as was expected, and we didn't get blown up by the Russians or Chinese, and we still have electricity. But with people like Pat McGrath, Larry Pinkerton, Rich Baker, Jon Schultz, Butch Wineland, Bev and myself , all good NIPSCO employees, it is easy to see how everything is always kept running smooth.
The annual Christmas/New Years party is coming soon. I hope we have another good attendance. Here are the details you need to know.

COCKTAIL HOUR 6PM TILL 7PM(FREE) AFTER 7PM CASH BAR
DINNER AT 7 PM $10 PER PERSON
We need to let the cooks know about how many people will be attending so they know how much food to prepare. So please leave a message with either Pat or myself, Michigan City call 874-7572 LaPorte call 326-0523.
NEXT MEETING IS WEDNESDAY JANUARY 12, 7PM - LAPORTE VFW POST 1130 IF YOU STILL HAVE NOT TURNED IN MONEY FROM THE LICENSE PLATE SALES, PLEASE DO SO ASAP.
