ADRIAN
EDWARD SIGLER My father was killed in Vietnam 3 weeks before I was born. I am looking for anyone who might have known him that can give me any information. Troop A, 1st squadron, 4th Calvary Armor. His captain’s name at the time of his death was Frederick W. Shirley and the chaplain was Captain Judson P. Nelson. He was born in Hudson, New York in 1937. He died when his tank was blown up while guarding a water treatment plant at THU DUC outside Saigon on February 19th, 1968. My Dad’s name is Adrian Edward Sigler; he went by “Eddie”. He was an SSG E-6. I am searching for anyone who knew him or might have served with him. My mom has never really talked about him; I guess she never really knew him either; he was over seas most of the time. He was in the Army for 12 years but had only been in Vietnam since Jan. when he was killed. Thanks for the sacrifices you made and God bless!!! Pam blackwel@logantele.com
